Over the past 10 years we have bought 3 sets of furniture from Georgia Patio. First, their sales staff is amazing and helped us pick out furniture based on exactly what we needed. They were so helpful. Second, after we received our furniture we noticed some problems and called and talked to Heather and Gabe and they immediately went into action. They contacted the manufacturer and had replacements ordered very quickly. In a time when customer service is almost non existent, Georgia Patio could not have been a better experience for us. We would never buy outdoor furniture anywhere else!

We have been shopping here for years. Service is great, and quality as well. Salesperson Lisa King has been our rep. for about 8 years. Manager Matt gives great deals! Our patio furniture has lasted a long time and still looks good.

Lisa was incredible with her customer service. We purchased a set based on the price we wanted to spend. We got it delivered and once we got it, we realized it was not comfortable at all so I called and spoke to the manager Matt. He agreed for us to come in and find something that we would like better. We came in the next day. Matt came out to greet us, Lisa came out to greet us. We found a different set. They came and picked up the old set and brought the new set and we are so much happier. Kudos to them! I will definitely be back and refer you to other people. Best customer service ever.
